Information Stored on Your Device

Enhanced Learning is built as a local-first application. The working information you create is kept in the application's own storage on your Android device and is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow.

This local app content may include the following:

Because this information is stored locally, it remains under your control on your device. Where you enter notes, labels or other free text, that content is whatever you choose to type, and it may include personal information if you decide to record it there.

• Saved space maps, including local drafts and completed maps
• Zone definitions such as shapes and labels, zone readiness states, issue flags and local notes
• Thumbnails and last-updated metadata for your maps
• Local completion state for zone action items
• Content you create on-device when you choose to export it

Exporting and Sharing Your Own Content

Enhanced Learning allows you to export content you have created. Exporting takes place only when you initiate it, and it uses the standard Android system actions available on your device, such as a share sheet or a file save prompt.

Once you export or share a file, that copy exists wherever you have chosen to save or send it. The application does not create a server-side copy, and it does not transmit your local content to the developer automatically. You remain responsible for the exported files you create and for who receives them.

Contact and External Services

The application may open external Android services when you select them. This includes opening a browser, composing a message in an email client, or opening a location in a maps application. These actions happen only when you choose them.

Those external services are provided by other parties and operate under their own privacy practices. Information you provide to them is handled according to their arrangements rather than this policy.

What the App Does Not Include

Enhanced Learning does not include login or account registration, does not provide payment processing or subscription functionality, and does not offer monetisation features. There is no account profile to maintain and no purchase flow inside the application.

Important Use Notice

Outputs from Enhanced Learning are based on the observations and information you enter. They are intended for planning and organising a study space, and for practical review purposes.

The zoned readiness overlay and the zone-based action pack are informational aids only. They are not a formal educational assessment, and they are not legal, financial, insurance or regulatory advice.

The application is not an emergency service, a safeguarding service, or a medical or diagnostic service, and it must not be relied on as any of these.

Retention and Deleting Your Data

Local app content remains on your device until you remove it. You can delete individual maps and items within the application, and you can also clear all local application data. Uninstalling the application removes its local storage from the device.

Any files you exported or shared remain wherever you chose to save or send them, and deleting the application does not remove those copies. You can manage the application's stored data at any time through your Android device settings.

How Your Data Is Kept

Local app content is held within the application's own storage on your device and is not kept on company servers. The developer does not maintain a remote copy of your maps, zones or notes as part of the core workflow.

Protecting the device itself, for example through the screen lock you configure and the way you manage the device, remains with you. You should also consider who else has access to the device on which you keep your saved work.

Your Rights in the UK and the EEA

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights of access, correction, deletion and restriction, where those rights apply in your circumstances. Whether they apply depends on the nature of the processing and on whether personal data is being processed by the company.

Your saved maps, zones, notes and other local content are stored on your device and are not automatically transmitted to the developer. Because of this, you can usually exercise practical control over that content directly on the device, by editing or deleting items in the application, by clearing local app data, or by uninstalling the application.

If you contact the company directly by email, the company receives your email address and whatever the message contains. That correspondence is separate from the application's local workflow data. You may contact the company using the details in this policy to ask about your rights.

Children's Privacy and Age Requirement

Enhanced Learning is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the application or in applicable requirements. When a revision is made, the revision date shown at the top of this policy is updated.
